Catch up on my chat last week with the lovely Chelsea Pullinger, a local PT, who inter-viewed me for her regular podcast on all things menopause.

Chelsea really helped me last year to build my strength and confidence in lifting weights, to support healthy bones and body composition. She is also a delightful per-son, who mainly works with women to meet their fitness goals.

I love talking about menopause and am passionate about educating everyone about the massive effect that what you eat and how you live your life has on your hormones and consequently experience of menopause and all associated symptoms.
