Is this how you're feeling about going back to work after the holidays?

5 years ago when I was still working in the corporate world, I started feeling really anxious - something I had never ever experienced before in my life.

It was so bad I found myself worrying about every single little thing from whether my clothes suited me (even though I'd been wearing the same style forever), to whether I'd get to work on time (even though I'd never been late before), to whether I'd be able to cope with my workload (even though I always had done in the past) and so on.....

I had no idea at that time that my anxiety was menopause related and the GP only had anti-depressants to offer - no thank you!

So I started looking at what else I could do with nutrition and lifestyle changes to help me feel better. And guess what just by cutting out caffeine and alcohol made a massive difference to me.
