?Mood swings - you go from being deliriously happy to deep despair, but you’re still treating yourself to sugary snacks to make you feel better.
?Anxiety levels are through the roof, but you’re not taking time out for your-self to relax and unwind.
?3am wide awake and can’t get back to sleep, but you're drinking coffee all day to keep you going.
?Brain fog - you can’t think clearly at work but you’re doing nothing about it.
?Hot flushes embarrass you constantly but you’re still having a glass of wine after work to help you unwind and relax.
