This may be a controversial opinion!
After all, a qualified nutritional therapist is qualified to give advice on all aspects of your health - right?
Right!
However, I really do believe that until you've experienced perimenopause and/or menopause you have no idea what to expect.
One of the reasons I specialise in menopause is because I've been through it.
I've experienced first hand the havoc the symptoms played on my life and career, and I really care about helping you not go through what I went through 7 years ago.
This is why I created my 12-week 1:1 nutrition coaching programme The Menopause Method.
I'd love to know what you think? Do you agree/disagree? Let me know!
