Why exercising is the worst strategy for losing weight at menopause

It's unbelievable how many people think that doing more exercise is a sure proven way to lose weight.

If this is you then think again - because it's not!

A recent study of the Hadza tribe in Northern Tanzania – one of the remaining few Hunter Gatherer people - found that even though their men walked about 8 miles a day and the women 5 miles a day they didn’t burn any more energy [calories] than you or I do sat at our desks!

Surprising outcome I know!

What this means is that your daily activity level has almost no impact on how many calories you burn a day.

Of course being active and exercising is very important for overall health and wellbeing, it just doesn't help you shed that excess weight.

The most important thing you can do to lose weight is to change:

🍉 What you eat
⏰ When you eat
🍴How you eat

A recent client who had told me she had a healthy diet couldn't believe the changes she saw in her face, eye bags and waistline in just 3 days, by addressing these 3 points.
