I’m a BANT registered Nutritional Therapist, providing personalised science-based nutrition and lifestyle programmes, talks and workshops.

I'm passionate about women's health especially at mid-life and help women STOP menopause and perimenopause symptoms disrupting their lives and careers so they can START feeling normal again.

When menopausal symptoms struck 8 years ago leaving me unable to think clearly. My confidence took a nose dive and I was unable to perform my best at work. And then I was fired! After overhauling my diet and lifestyle, as well as investing in life coaching, I spent 4 years studying nutrition so I can share my knowledge with other women.

I specialise in women's health and nutrition, especially hormonal and digestive health and specifically I help women manage life-disrupting symptoms such as brain fog, weight gain, hot flushes, mood swings, anxiety and disrupted sleep. These are just some of the most common symptoms that mid-life women experience during the hormonal transition of perimenopause and menopause

What can a Clinical Nutritionist help with?

In today's world of increasing complex medical treatments, many of us underestimate the powerful effect that food and lifestyle changes can have on our biochemistry and overall health and wellbeing.

I trained at the widely recognised and long-established Institute for Optimum Nutrition set up by Patrick Holford in 1984 and am registered with BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine) and CNHC (Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council)

I have been running my private nutrition clinic since September 2021 and also work in the NHS as a Health & Wellbeing Coach on the Diabetes Prevention Programme. On behalf of the Public Health Collaboration charity. I also run healthy eating and weight loss programmes in local GP surgeries.
